Hi, I’m Taylor Miller. I work with women who have never felt satisfied with their bodies. They have tried every diet, lost weight and yet nothing really sticks. And over the years, I’ve realized that there is more to great health than just eating well & exercising. You have to learn to LIVE a healthy, mindful life & ACCEPT yourself the way you are, (I know this might sound counter intuitive, but it’s possible for everyone) to create real CHANGE that sticks.

True change is not as simple as going on a diet. That explains why 80% of people lose weight and then gain it back.
If you don’t already have what you desire, it means a part of you is not ready to have it. LET’S SAY THAT AGAIN. Slowly!!!!! If you don’t already have what you DESIRE, it means a part of you is not ready to have it.
Together we will discover what that part is and what is in the way of you reaching your goals so that you can attain them (and then the change can stick).

Who am I and why would you want to work with me?
I work with middle-aged women and teach them how to eat for their bodies and find the energy that they are lacking. Perhaps you have been on a myriad of diets and cobbled together something that has worked for years, but now it’s evident that you have to find a new way of living and eating. Your hormones are shifting and changing and your body is plain refusing to put up with the old way of doing things.
What I do is different than just giving you a diet to follow. When working with me you will not “diet”. INSTEAD of restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, I will help you to create a happy, healthy life by creating a supportive environment that will enable you to improve your health and set the stage to POWERFULLY age and connect with your life's purpose. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that can enable you to reach your current and future health goals. We'll explore how food is connected to relationships, money, shopping, fear around moving forward and in general being stuck. We'll unlock your old patterns to help you attain the life you desire.

I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results. One thing I notice is that many powerful women feel that they should just be able to do it themselves, but my own experience has taught me that there are times in life when we need an outside perspective and guide.
As a master coach, I don’t claim to have all of the answers, instead I help you tap into your own intuition and truth. (Don’t worry it’s not as weird as you think.)
We all need support from time to time. Asking for help DOES NOT mean you are a failure, rather it is a sign of courage and a desire to change. I create a safe space for you to make the changes that are necessary for you to live a life you are in love with.

My Story
I was a Soap Opera star and was voted one of the sexiest women on Daytime TV by Oprah, but I hated my body!
I loved sugar! When I got on Television, keeping my weight down became critical. TV cameras add 10 pounds and I had to be thin. I lived in NYC, had a lot of glamorous friends, made tons of money and got obsessed with food and exercise. When I gained weight I would throw a diet at it. I always felt discouraged and unhappy around my body. WHAT!! I was a soap opera star! I should have been happy. Funny how my body image ruled my happiness quotient, ugh!
I was ashamed of how much I ate. I was sneaking food and hiding it. I knew something had to change, but I didn't know how to eat, for my body. When I gave up sugar I realized that I was using food to control my emotions. I needed to change and could not do it without help. When I changed the way I was eating, the sugar cravings stopped, even fruit started to taste too sweet. So, sugar no longer had the same power over me. I learned about the power of food to heal and energize my body; I decided to learn more about nutrition.
My Training
I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition's cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During my training, I studied many different dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
I also received Master Transformational Coach Certificate from Health Coach Institute. As a Transformational coach I am trained on how to help people get what they want in their lives, and to discover what is holding them back from having what they want. I work with clients to help re-pattern lifelong limiting beliefs and move forward to reach the goals that previously seemed impossible. I like to call this type of coaching, "belief breakthrough coaching", because when you focus on the beliefs your outer results (your body, your energy, and your happiness) all shift.
My biggest training has been my own life and it has caused me to seek help. I have struggled with looking great on the outside and feeling dead within. I’ve struggled with resentments, family problems, sugar addiction, body issues all on a personal level. I have been mega successful in my career, and yet felt so lonely on the inside. I have been a mom and a wife and felt like I wasn't good at either, yet I have amazing kids and I am happily married. I did not quit my life. I didn’t quit when things got hard. Before coaching was well known I had to do it all on my own. I stuck with it and learned on the job. Today, I continue to grow and change. I continue to grow even when I am uncomfortable (which it is at times). It allows me to not just have the life I desire, but to be truly happy in it.
