I will teach you how, when and what to eat.  You will have tools to demystify eating for your body! Imagine feeling comfortable when you sit down to eat and knowing how to eat for YOUR body!  You might ask: “Wait, is this like Weight Watchers?” No, it is not. You will learn how to eat nutritiously and not just pay attention to calories in and calories out  You will learn about the importance of Organic and how processed foods stop your metabolism. The dieting industry wants you to stay stuck.  I want you to have freedom around food and get off the dieting merry go round!

TOGETHER, WE MUST GET RID OF THE DIET AND DEPRIVATION MENTALITY.
